The Cubo divider & rounder is a fully automatic dough dividing and rounding machine, perfect for those that produce large amounts of dough balls at one time. This machine will reduce production time and costs with perfectly consistent results producing perfectly portioned and rounded balls in seconds.

Does the divider produce different size balls?

The machine is fully controllable allowing the user to adjust the weight of the ball it produces. It can produce balls from 70-250 grams and has interchangeable cones to suit.

How quick can the machine produce portioned & rounded dough balls?

The cubo divider can produce between 200kg of portioned & rounded dough in 1 hour, it has a 50 litre tank capacity.

How easy is the Cubo to clean?

Basic and easy to follow cleaning instructions are included in the user manual, or alternatively feast your eyes on our how-to video, which shows you how to remove each part. Warm soapy water can be used to remove dough residue of all removable parts. The stainless-steel body can be regularly wiped down with a damp cloth.

Yes! This product is supplied with 2 years parts and 1 year labour warranty!

What do I do when I first receive my new machine?

Fruilco recommend that you test the portion sizing by adding a full load of dough to the hopper, selecting the knife speed and weight desired, then checking the weight once the portion is produced. If the ball weight is slightly lower or higher than expected simply adjust the weight accordingly. Different types of dough can pass through the hopper differently, therefore checking the weight is correct first will help with consistency.
