The dough roller is best used in small to medium establishments that produce smaller batches of dough, it takes the time out of rounding the dough and reduces labour costs. If you are producing large batches of dough take a look at our Friulco Cubo, that divides and rounds the dough!
The smaller model can produce 28 balls per minute whereas the larger model can produce 50 balls per minute.
The Cuppone dough rounder can work with most dough types but we would always recommend giving us a call first to check and maybe even pop into our demo kitchen to test it out! Our demo's are free and you get the peace of mind that you are getting a machine that will perform perfectly for you.
We always recommend that you refer to the operating manual to ensure best practice is being followed. The machine is relatively easy to clean. Turn off and unplug the rounder, lift up the safety guard and take out the cylinder and the spiral which can be washed in warm water, with a brush. Whilst the spiral is out of the machine, we recommend using a hoover to remove any dried dough debris from the bottom of the machine, the inside can also be wiped down with a damp cloth.
This is the same as the inside of the machine. Use a damp cloth and no corrosive chemicals. A bit of elbow grease we find is the best solution. Sounds silly but this machine is not watertight so please don’t use a water jet either.
