This machine can roll different types of dough but up to a certain weight. That’s why there is two sizes of machine. This machine is all ready to go from the moment it arrives. It runs off a 13 AMP plug so all you have to do is plug it in and off you go!
As best practice we always recommend that you refer to the operating manual as best practice. The machine relatively easy to clean. After the machine is off and the plug is removed from the socket, take away the safety guard and use a small vacuum to remove and residual pieces of food debris. Use a damp cloth and no corrosive chemicals. A bit of elbow grease we find is the best solution. It mat sound silly but this machine is not waterproof, so please don’t hose the machine down! (Honestly, people do this)!
