What type of operation would the electric slicer do best in?

Can this machine be front of house?

Electric slicers can be used anywhere; however, we recommend they are on a level surface and set at an ergonomic working height.

How much time does this machine save?

This machine makes slicing cooked meats effortless, with to the mm precision, this machine will save mass amounts of labour time as well as producing consistency.  

Can this machine slice all types of meats?

This machine is specifically used to slice cooked meats. You can slice some vegetables on these machines also, but it is important its raw veg as cooked veg can secrete liquid which will corrode the blade of the machine.

Is this machine supplied with a warranty?

Yes! This product is supplied with 2 years parts and 1 year labour warranty!

What do I do when I first receive my new machine?

This machine is all ready to go from the moment it arrives. It runs off a 13 AMP plug so all you have to do is plug it in.

How do I clean the slicer?

We always recommend that you refer to the operating manual for best practice and in this case you need to refer to the cleaning guidelines to ensure you remove the parts correctly and safely to clean the machine. We recommend the slicer is cleaned at least once a day and more often where necessary. We also recommend using protective gloves when cleaning this machine. Do not hose this machine down.

Does this machine require servicing?
