Electric fryers are great for those establishments who have no access to or a lack of electrical power supplier.
We have options from 21l to 42l tanks, both single and twin tanks.
The tanks have been designed to allow residual particles to fall into a ‘cool zone’ meaning the particles will not burn, which will prolong the life of the cooking oil!
Elframo fryers are supplied with a collector bin, simply make sure the bin is in position and open up the draining tap! We recommend this is carried out when the oil is cool.
Elframo fryers are equipped with removable, armoured elements making it easy to remove them for maintenance purposes. There is also a stainless steel oil collecting bin with removable surface filter and the oil draining tap is positioned just inside the door for easy access.
Elframo recommend using a ‘wash cycle’ which will degrease the tank. Simply ensure the drain tap is closed, fill the tank with water, add dishwasher detergent and set the temperature to 100 degrees. Allow the water to boil for at least ten minutes, then turn the fryer off and allow the water to cool before draining.
We recommend a daily wipe down of the exterior of the fryer using a damp cloth with warm, soapy water. Do not use acid, chlorinated detergents or abrasive pads, as these will damage the stainless steel surface.
Elframo recommend a service at least once a year.
